What we collect

When you sign up for a free download: your first name and email address.

When you buy something: your name, email address and country. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

When you visit the site: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, collected by our website platform to keep the site working and secure.

How we use your data

To send you the free download and the email series you signed up for (legal basis: your consent). Every email has an unsubscribe link.

To process your order, deliver your files and keep the records UK tax law requires (legal basis: contract and legal obligation).

To keep the website secure and working (legal basis: our legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We only share your data with the service providers that run our business: Systeme.io (website, checkout, email sending and contact storage) and Stripe (card payments). They act on our instructions.

If your data is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Our website platform uses cookies that the pages, sign-up forms and checkout need to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may then stop working.

How long we keep it

Email list details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Order records: 6 years, as required by UK tax law.
