These terms apply when you buy from Pixel & Profit, a trading name of OZOABODI Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. Email: hello@pixelandprofit.co.uk
Please read them before you buy. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products delivered as downloads, including the Digital Product Launch Planner and the Canva Starter Pack. Nothing physical is posted to you.
Some products contain links to templates that open in Canva. You need your own Canva account (the free plan is enough) to use them.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) at checkout. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout, can only be used as stated, can't be exchanged for cash and end on the date shown.
4. Delivery
After payment you are taken straight to a download page. If you have any problem accessing your files, email us and we will send them again.
5. Your right to cancel
Under UK law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts, because at checkout you ask for immediate access and agree to lose the right to cancel.
This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty (see section 6).
6. Faulty products and refunds
If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't as described, tell us within 30 days and we will fix it, replace it or refund you.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
7. Licence to use our products
Launch Planner and free downloads: for your own personal use.
Canva Starter Pack: you may edit the templates and sell the finished products you make from them. You may not resell, share or give away the templates themselves, or the pack, in their original or lightly edited form.
All content remains owned by OZOABODI Ltd.
8. Results and affiliate links
Our guides share ideas and methods. We can't promise any particular sales or income.
Some of our content includes affiliate links, marked #ad. If you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
9. Liability and law
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring claims in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
